Hubert’s Marks their 95th with Fire + Ice Themed Celebration

When we moved our showroom from its original location in Westboro to a  larger, renovated space located at 1290 Old Innes Road, in Ottawa’s east end industrial park, just around the corner from our friends at Cadieux Interiors – we knew we wanted to make a splash! After months of hard work, and with the incredible dedication of our amazing staff, on September 20th and 21st, we officially celebrated the grand opening of our new showroom with two very special events.

Time To Celebrate!

On the evening of September 20th, we were thrilled to share our new space with the Ottawa architect and design community, fireplace suppliers and staff members in a “fire and ice” themed celebration. Organized by our marketing agency TRUEdotDESIGN, the showroom’s new fireplace displays set the scene perfectly for our theme complete with signature fire and ice cocktails, make-your-own smores bar, shucked oysters, and hot/cold food stations courtesy of DISH Catering. Guests were treated to a very special performance from flame performance duo Marianne and Jamye of Orbital Talent dazzling spectators with their spectacular fire throwing skills.

But, we didn’t stop there! On September 21st, we welcomed our closest friends and family for a relaxed gathering celebrating both the new showroom and our 95th anniversary. Guests loved the wood fire oven pizzas from Pizza All’Antica and hung out all night in the fun photobooth courtesy of MDRN Photobooth Co.

Hubert’s Has New Digs

After 95 years on Pinhey Street in Ottawa’s Westboro sector, the Hubert’s team moved into our new and expanded showroom on Old Innes Road between St. Laurent and the 417 in August, 2017.  The new 4700sq ft space allows us to show you even more gas, wood, outdoor and fireplace finishing selection and expertise.
